This category includes Autographs of men and women who are most noted for humanist qualities. This is not limited to Christian clergymen but includes theologists and religious thinkers of all faiths and denominations. It also includes those who are not associated with any particular faith or creed but who are noted for their philanthropic or charitable works or their pioneering of humanist or spiritual philosophies in a secular world.  Examples of the latter include the Victorian philathropist, Angela Burdett Coutts, the theosophist, Annie Besant and the peace campaigner, Elihu Burritt.
